Advanced Social Skills
A 12-week social skills program for PEERS graduates to review ways to make and keep friends and learn new, advanced social skills. This program is meant for ongoing maintenance of skills and for generalization of skills with new, different peers. Caregivers have time to network and share resources with the caregiver group. Participants in this program have already completed the 16-week PEERS Social Skills for Adults program so have a foundational level of skills. The curriculum is different each 12-week session: Advanced Social Skills designed to be taken more than once for maintenance and further development through consistent practice.
