Job Description
ABABC is a BCBA-owned and run company that is committed to providing quality services to our clients and a quality work environment for our employees! We currently serve 150+ adults and adolescents with various disabilities in New Hampshire. We are currently accepting applications for full-time and part-time, year-round, in-home (Registered) Behavior Technicians to work in various areas of the state. The majority of services will be delivered in-home, with some services delivered in our Social Space onsite in Manchester. All of our positions offer training, flexibility, and opportunities for career advancement. For students pursuing their Master’s in ABA, we offer FREE graduate supervision, with opportunities for direct AND indirect hours. RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults
Experience teaching daily living skills
An understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) teaching methodologies
Experience implementing ABA programming preferred
Must be a great team player and have a great personality!
Responsibilities
Work 1:1 in home and community settings
Collect data on daily living, communication, social, and behavioral programming
Utilize principles of ABA strategies
Assist adolescents and adults in the development of daily living skills
Follow a written behavior plan
Communicate confidently and professionally with children, parents, and supervisors
Maintain accurate data and professional session notes
